As part of The Revolution Hotel's new coworking venture, I spearheaded the marketing initiative, developed promotional materials, hired and managed staff members, created standard operating procedures, directed and launched the Conspire co-working brand identity.

I preformed a SWOT analysis, collected market information and leveraged industry trends to maximize outreach. Measured and reported on digital and social marketing campaign performance, gained insights and compared results against goals to identify strengths and weaknesses.
I doubled profit margins each month by utilizing media and graphic design expertise to develop engaging marketing and promotional materials, including flyers, books, e-blast, social content, events and advertisements to generate new sales revenues and grow client base.
